The application was developed as web based so that it becomes cross-platform compatible and be accessable apart from the workstation. The web application facilitates the user to submit the classified information into its database using various forms designed on its various web pages.

The web application is designed with a flexible structure so that the user may submit the initial details of the information security policy first and then edit its other details later. In order to do that the web application uses several sessions which records user's recent activity and provides the users with several useful functions such as print, search etc.
